Project Coordinator Supporting Clinical Trial Work
Effectus offers unparalleled experience in physician and patient recruitment for clinical trials. Effectus currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support the management and execution of our Patient Identification Programs for Clinical Trials.
The main responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to act as a liaison between treating physicians and Effectus. The Project Coordinator is tasked with identifying and recruiting the right physicians for our programs, in addition to communicating and coordinating with them throughout their program participation. An extensive list of responsibilities can be found below.
The successful candidate will have:
- Two years project management experience is preferred
- Minimum of four-year college degree
- Professionalism, superior customer service skills, sense of urgency, and self-motivation to achieve required metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in responsibilities, workload, and priorities
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks depending on priority
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas outside of the box
- Strong computer skills are required (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Experience utilizing SurveyMonkey and MailChimp, or similar online platforms
- Capacity to retain and differentiate key program information across multiple clinical trials
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience within the clinical trials recruitment and retention space is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the execution and success of Patient Identification Programs for specific clinical trials
- Support the management of projects throughout the entire lifecycle and meet program deliverables
- Provide detailed updates to Project Managers on a daily basis
- Identify and recruit physicians utilizing unique resources and strategies for program participation
- Communicate with physicians, patients, and clients on a daily basis via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Collaborate daily with clinical research sites to implement and execute the Effectus Patient Identification Programs
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Work within various softwares such as physician databases, mapping platforms, project management portals, etc
- Create and administer content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure engagement
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for tracking and reporting purposes
- Analyze all program data and project information for clients and internal reports
- Provide administrative support as needed
